Why Do a Machinery
and Equipment Appraisal?
As a member of the
National Equipment and Business Broker Institute, our
appraisal reports are constantly under review to verify
their conformance with USPAP and appraisal society
standards. Our reports are readable, consistent and easy
to use. We believe a well-written report is as important
as the right value and a lot of time is spent on both.
Before any report is sent out, it’s reviewed by
someone other that the originating appraiser. We often
involve more than one reviewer in order to solve a
particularly difficult assignment or issue.

some, it is absolutely essential. If court,
arbitration or dealing with an opposing party is
involved, you can’t afford to be wrong. You must rely
